F.B.S.S. have played a big part in helping local schools with their accommodation needs. Close working relationships with individual schools have resulted in school projects being 'delivered on time, to specification, within budget.'
IMPORTANT NEWS AFFECTING ALL SCHOOLS - GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS BY 2010
By 2010, the Government requires all schools to offer a range of 'Extended Services', often beyond the school day.
The provision of childcare, adult education, parenting support programmes, community-based health and social care services, multi-agency behaviour teams and after-school activities will inevitably have an impact on school accommodation needs. F.B.S.S. have joined with an Educational Premises Consultant to offer a 'concept to completion' package for all premises and equipment requirements. The joint service we offer is a unique resource as the one point of contact for all building and site related needs, advice on School Premises, Town Planning, Building Control Regulations, and also finance, including leasing and lease purchase options.
