No compromise is made on construction standards or quality of finishes. The interior design is light, functional and comfortable with high levels of thermal insulation. Externally the plastic coated steel wall finish is hardwearing and virtually maintenance free with only periodic power washing required. 

F.B.S.S. range of Modular buildings include classrooms and playgroup facilities. These are designed and manufactured to meet Building Control Approval where increased fire ratings, as well as thermal and acoustic specifications are required.

Internal layouts can be altered to meet specific requirements with the options of kitchen, infant toilets and stores and rest rooms.

Secure offices are designed to ensure security is matched with fully insulated, habitable working conditions. Anti-vandal cabins are protected by anti-jemmy doors, heavy locking mechanisms and sliding window guards.

• Length can vary from 1200mm up to 12000mm long
• Internal wall finishes such as 12.5mm plasterboard or white faced Polyester Ply is available.
• All trimmings including skirtings and window trims are plastic for ease of maintenance.
• Units are fully insulated with walls and roofs being lined with fibreglass.
• Construction includes 2mm thick fully welded profiled steel panels, with 3mm thick door and integral frame.
• Security doors complete with 2 No.5 lever deadlocks, complete with anti-jemmy bars.
• Windows are protected by sliding shutters, either vertically or horizontally.
• All units are fully wired with lights, power points, heaters etc.

F.B.S.S. stores are fully welded steel construction with security features such as anti-jemmy hinges and 5 lever deadlocking system, making them suitable for storage units on building sites, shops, warehouses - in fact anywhere!
